Santa Lucía

We begin our journey with a nice walk to the church of Santa Lucía (sisterhood village with the swedish Lucía) and the village square. We will visit a very old mill, that is still in use, where we can see the process of manufacturing the famous ́gofio canario ́ (roasted corn wheat). Next we will have the opportunity to taste some typical region products and will also learn about the handicrafts made by craftsmen of the village with leaves of the palmtrees.
